when deano gets us playing for a full 90 mins we will hammer someone big style, yes we may get a couple of good hidings ourself but ive seen enough in the games to suggest we'll be more than fine and a quick rise up the league is imminent, im a lot more confident now than i was 10 days ago.

ps yankee, zigger we all know when the dust gets settled and truths start coming out from the club who'll have egg on their faces osters passed the ball forward more times in 3 games than ive seen him do the previous season!

Thank God for you and your dads Azza. It was a pleasure meeting you both on Tuesday. I take it you went today and that you are able to speak from first hand.

Having listened to DS I think he has a lot of good ideas to bring out in the near future. It was good to hear him compliment SoD on what he had done, but thata as he says, sometimes a new voice comes in and things change themselves. He has hjust told the players that THEY CAN win.

That should read you and your dad. I was not implying you had more than one. Another old man typing error.

Now then see here. I had web going on my gas propelled mobile phone thingy. I am very proud of the fact that in the last ten mins the Rovers were kicking lumps out of those southern arrogant efforties from Peterborough. I did tell them yesterday that "PRIDE came before a FALL" and I was right again. I am glad we won. I am glad that we came from behind. I keep looking at that coaster that I have on my mantlepiece that says "I just wish that I was not always right sometimes". AND by the way Fuzzy I will get that item to you, I don't think I am mistaken in the fact as I have not seen it anywhere but has Donny_Lass thanked you for the present. She certainly has got it.

Just a thought and I hope you will all stop arguing. 8 Days ago we were dead and now we are not. SIMPLES

It was great meeting you and us all sat having a good chat!

indeed i did, as i mentioned to you before if odriscoll was still here we'd be well adrift now and thinking thats it and i would no way have considered "wasting" £50 today, BUT fortunes have changed i was chuffed to bits when he left, i was even more chuffed to bits after saturday and tuesday night so you can imagine how i am tonight! i did go today as i met up with a friend who now lives in london and with peterboro being a halfway meeting point for us was great to go along and enjoyed spending every penny! well worth it! as ive mentioned we'll no doubt lose and may get a battering along the way but we'll also give teams a few! we've perhaps been fortunate in picking up the points but its about time we had those fortunate breaks! as we talked earlier this week "if you dont shoot you dont score" now we all know oster gillett stock and some extent even copps had been restricted to shooting on the radar so to see them sharing the goals is great! stocks was a cracker today cant wait to see it again on football lg show tonight!

Just to change the subject, I have just sat and watched the Milwaukee Brewers win the first of five games in the National League Divisional play offs, beating the Arizona Diamondbacks 4 - 1.

Game two tomorrow.

Also, on the plane back to Chicago from Manchester I was sat next to the Grandfather of a young man from Manchester called Alex Lloyd. It turns out he is a driver in American Indy Car Racing and trained with Lewis Hamilton back in England.

If you want to follow him on Indy Car his name is Alex Lloyd and he drives for Dale Coyne Racing.

Well, I've never really let what may/may not happen 1 to 2 years down the line effect what I say now. So if there's egg on my face at some point in the future, sobeit.

We are in a honeymoon period. Let's enjoy it while it lasts.

When it's over, I don't know what will happen, although I fear it will not be good.

Like other Rovers fans who share my views, I really hope I've got it all wrong.

The person who never made a mistake, never made a decision.
What's done is done. We all know that Deano most certainly will not be here in 5 years. When you've seen as many managers as I have, in nearly 60 years, you just change channels, mentally, and start again.

As they say in France - C'est la vie!

thing is has JR ever made a mistake in his appoitments? whether people will argue this wasnt a john ryan man he would still have had a say, penney fantastic got us back where we wanted to be, odriscoll took us back to where we had been years previous and kept us here, saunders???? the chapters there for him to write
