Would anyone take lukaku? Always been a fan. Would probably cost quite a lot and he’s 28 but I think you’d be hard pressed to find many better proven strikers for the money levy is likely to pay.

Tottenham havent released a statement, it was just a response to a question at the presser, which then gets quoted on twitter. A statement it is not!

To a certain extent, this notion that Spurs have failed Kane when it comes to trophies can be challenged.

CL final, two league cup finals, 3 other fa cup/league cup semi final failures. Two failures at realistic Prem title run ins.

Kane also needs to look at himself and current/former team mates.
