Confirmed that’s he’s coming back by John Cross from the mirror and also tweeted by Romano crediting Cross.
Smart move by us.
From what I’ve seen Heaton is more than good enough to be either 2nd or 3rd choice keeper.
Would probably still be playing regularly in the PL if it wasn’t for a couple of unfortunate injuries.
Tom Heaton

I don't think I'd be worried with Heaton playing a big game.
I do wonder if we'll go for Donnarumma on a free over the summer though? I'm not 100% sure Hendo has done enough. I think he's shown us what a more vocal and commanding keeper could offer but don't quite think he's that man yet.

Another Raoila client. No thanks. Henderson is a good No 2

How about he just shuts up and gets his head down. He’s being paid very well as back up. He’s still young.I get he wants the gig. But he’s no DeGea. Doesn’t fill me with confidence. If we were at the start of a rebuild, then fine, cash in on DeGea, but we at the other end of the rebuild.... can’t be facking around with that now.
Hold your corner Henderson...

He’ll probably go to Juve.
I’m not convinced about Henderson as United number one long term, but I would look to make him number one next season. I don’t think it helps the defence if you are changing your keeper. We need to commit to a number one now, and De Gea is too good/expensive to be sitting on the bench.
If Henderson isn’t up to it we can address things at a later date.

Kiko Casilla, Kiko Casilla, Kiko Casilla he plays for United with Bruno Fernandez... Bruno Fernandez, Bruno Fernandez, Bruno Fernandez he plays for United with Kiko Casilla. I’d love to hear that ringing around Old Trafford!

That's an option I suppose for him.
Imagine the wumming if we then bought Chesney!

Loaning Henderson would be pointless and stupid.
Defence looks more confident with him commanding the box and leaving his line,
De Gea has been toilet paper for 3 years. Time to move him on.

He’s been really good since leaving Arsenal, in fairness. Same happened with Flapianski as well. Apparently Arsenal’s goalkeeping coach was shiiiiiit when they were both there.

He was very good on loan for Cardiff a few years back. I'd argue goal keeping in the championship has even more challenges than the prem. Given that there's a bit more physicality and players have more time on the ball to pick a shot.

Seems stupid we have Romero who is better than De Gea and Heaton.
Heaton is gonna be another Lee Grant. Solskjaer management of the goalkeeping situation has been extremely poor.
