Inter will pay around €7m to Antonio Conte to part ways immediatly [salary was €13m until June 2022]. The agreement has been reached today. 🚨 #Conte
Conte will be available with immediate effect. Inter will look for a new manager: Simone Inzaghi and Allegri also in the list.
=====
Inter have to pay him off even when contes the one who wants outhe’s more trouble than he’s worth

Conte story is moving fast...But there are still other candidates and no reason to think Conte will accept the offer.

“Moving fast”
What does that really mean?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, this morning Conte was still Inter manager, and now he isn't ...how long before he is announced by Spurs? Though will Conte accept the offer?

A pity Levy doesn't know Conte will be a disaster like Jose

Yeah, I am not sure how well Conte will do and I am not convinced. His records speak for themselves but whoever is hired, must know the Spurs way that fans like, which win but with style.

Can't help but feel this is very reactionary and therefore a gamble. As good as he might be I just think we'd benefit from a more long term holistic plan. It's a similar kneejerk move that got us Jose, just because he was a big name.
There's only so much one man can do with the tools he's got. It's like employing Gordon Ramsey as your personal chef and giving him some Angel Delight, minced beef and a tub of tic-tacs and saying "Go!!!".
Still feel it's the wrong move but hey, if he joins I'll back him all the way. It's just a bit difficult to see him joining when his reasons for leaving Inter were based on financials. I don't see how we can give him any financial assurances. Who can in this climate?
He'll be throwing his dummy out quicker than Jose ever did. That's my prediction.
We've been lured by the hot girl who just isn't right for us.

The only similarity between them is that they’ve both managed Chelsea.
The big difference, apart from playing styles, is that Jose was on the decline when we hired him... Conte has just won Serie A.

Conte might instill that winning mentaity and he will ensure our players fight for the ball and show desire! But, Levy will be rattled as Conte doesn't mince his words

If Levy brings in Conte then trophies are guaranteed providing he backs him.
Plus he’s the type of manager that would keep the big players at the club, I could see Kane changing his mind about leaving for a season if Conte came in.

I would think Spurs have a better chance under Conte. He is a supremo coach and driver of results.
Poch had a healthy respect for him. Conte demands things from his players even during games. Our lot had it too easy lately, and need a proverbial kick up their jacksies!
