With the entourage of Poch having held talks with the Tottenham board, it has made his affairs back in his PSG club a little tense.
Poch doesn't enjoy the same relationship as with Levy as with Leonardo, PSG's Sporting Director. In fact, despite being sacked by him, Poch has acknoledged the strength of Levy's close friendship. Business and friendship, I guess don't mix.
Now Leonardo is apparently, willing to sell one of his star man, from the many at the club's disposal. Mbappe is being made available.
Amongst other possible suitors, Liverpool have shown an interest and were keen on him previously, and are actually looking to strengthen on the attacking front but this could be the ideal moment to make an approach for him.
Though Real Madrid are also in the hunt, which is bad news for everyone else.
Though Poch is the preferred option, Levy hasn't ruled out Conte nor has he ruled out approaching Ten Hag.
However, with Conte, there is reluctance from Levy as the Italian is seen as a no nonsense fellow who will not stand for transfer shenanigans that Poch suffered when he was at Spurs.
Who can forget that far east Asian tour, when Poch came out to the press conference and said he wasn't the manager just the coach?
It still all to play for in this hunt for the next manager but I think Levy will make a quick decision so he can give the next manager time to get the team he needs before next season starts.

To be fair it’s levy I criticise, not the club. He has ruined my club as far as I’m concerned and I will continue to say so.
