Ten Hag or Poch

If its a choice between ten Hag/Rangnick or Poch/Hitchen which combo would you prefer?
I'm leaning towards a fresh start with Ten Hag/Rangnick
Obviously there could be other permutations such as Poch/Campos which would complicate this further as that might be the perfect combo.
Over to you Levy

It’s interesting how many people are an expert on Hitchens based on a 30 second snippet of some dull documentary
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Or maybe the fact people have followed the lack of a cohesive plan on player recruitment, playing style or any plan at all on the football side from our supposed technical director who has been in place for quite a while now and has a poor track record.
Come on then tell us all the good bits about this guy I'm listening?

The longer this goes on without any mention in the press, the more I'm starting to believe Poch won't now happen. All the reliable journos are saying he's not going anywhere. PSG aren't getting rid and he's unsure about leaving anyway.

It's weird how we only believe the news we want to hear. People like Trix, Hercules, Ali Z and all the other so called ITKs aren't really anyone of value yet we choose to listen them rather than the people actually in the business of football writing. I've been on Spurs Community today and you wouldn't believe the blinkered nature of their chats. Trix and Hercules have both said they're almost certain it's Poch but the man that wrote his book, Guillem Ballague, and continental football writer, apparently doesn't know shhhhhiiiiittt. I mean, you couldn't make it up. Sometimes you've got to accept a more reputable source even if it doesn't suit your narrative.

I'm thinking this is how it will play out...

We spoke to PSG and they said they're not letting go of Poch and that's the end of that story.

Conte will join Madrid and we'll find out that we were never under consideration for him. He didn't want to join us in the first place.

Ten Hag will sign on the dotted line as he was always the more realistic option.

That's how it's always played out with us. I'm desperate for it to be Poch but it won't be. Guaranteed.

This is looking more than likely as all quiet on the Western front today after the explosive day yesterday.

The problem is that the courting of Poch and to a lesser extent Conte, has been very public. Ali Gold is the Spurs official mouthpiece. His knowledge is either opinion or a PR exercise by the club. The fact that's he's come out and said we're trying for Poch and it seems he wants to come to us, is bizarrely public for something yet to be remotely wrapped up. It's not advisable to dangle that carrot in front of the Spurs fans as you're just building them up for something that won't happen...

Unless...

The real reason these Poch / Conte stories are coming out now is because, oh look, season ticket renewal deadline is fast approaching...

I wouldn't put it past Levy to keep the possibility of Poch or Conte going until 4th June. At that point, he'll announce Ten Hag. It all seems a little too convenient for me.

Ten hag would be a good appointment though

We’ve made a few good signings to fit a clear plan. Was that hard to hear?

This is exactly it in my opinion, season tickets are due for renewal, and what better way to excite the fans into renewing than drip feeding bits of exciting news into the media. Levy trying to play the fans like a fiddle as usual.

Back to the OP I just cant see ten Haag happening. What kind of a caaant would you be to sign a new contract and then break it within a matter of weeks.

I am behind a DoF coming in but we all know that Levy is gonna say no to all the targets they propose, as we are lead to believe is what happens under Hitchen. That is probably why he said he hates Deadline day in the Amazon doc because he works hard scouting quality players for Levy to tell him no
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He didn't sign a new contract tho..
