Over the last few days with all the talk of the England squad, I have seen many non-Arsenal fans question the decision to include Saka in the squad.
I have seen United fans claim hes the new Januzaj and other fans saying hes not all that. Even seen some fans say hes actually been poor. People say hes undeserving of an England spot.
Now I know he isn't going to be a starter during the Euros and the friendlies will likely be his only action for England. However, I feel he is not being recognised for the quality he is. I think the fact he plays for Arsenal has meant people who aren't fans of Arsenal are seriously underrating this boy.
At 19 he has pretty much carried this team for the whole season. He is a contender for YPOTS and although I expect someone like Diaz or Foden to win it, he deserves his nomination. In such a poor season for Arsenal, he has still played great which shows how good he is.
Yes the last couple of months hes not been as good but that is because he was burnt out and overplayed. Hes had a bit of a break since the Brighton game so he should be more ready to go.
I rate Saka extremely high and I think hes going to be one of Englands best players in the future. He is one of those special players where you just look at and you know hes going to be generational. I rate him that highly.
With good coaching and learning from the experience of others, this guy can go all the way to the top. If he starts finding the net more often and if he can up his assist rate then he will be some player.
I think in the not so distant future the top clubs will be trying to snatch him from us.
I do think if he played for United or Liverpool, people would rate him a lot higher. It is because he plays for us that I think hes underrated a lot by opposition fans and that they don't realise how special this guy will be.

He plays for Arsenal so he’s no good. That’s how it works, right?

You've probably got too much blood in your alcohol system.

I'm a big fan
Technically he's excellent and has good understanding of the game
His versatility is eye catching, but this is why he flys under the radar for some. Personally I'm delighted he's in the squad and thoroughly deserved to be selected
