It’s proof Kane is off. I reckon Conte tried to get reassurances that Kane must stay, but Levy couldn’t promise it. Why go for him with no intention of getting him you bald to** pot. Watch Potter and Martinez come in now. A complete joke of a football club and a joke of a chairman. Spurs won’t be getting my money anymore with them in charge.

Inter are in trouble due to Covid, but mainly because their Chinese owners are being forced by the government to stop investing. It's not fair to make out that Conte has bankrupted them.

Using Leicester it's a great example. Yeah the 84% of turnover on players is stupid, and something I definitely wouldn't want to see at Spurs, but it's still around half of what we spend.. that's the problem that we need to fix.

There's also some leeway between spending billions and a little more to get the right guy the first time. That's what I see most fans moaning about, and that's what annoys me. Yeah it shows a lack of ambition, or tight fistedness or whatever, but it's just dumb. You buy cheap, you buy twice.

I'm not denying they're screwed, but it's not Conte's fault. The owners put the money up and had intention to pump loads of money into the club but Covid hit their and the club's revenues, while the Chinese government put a stop to Chinese companies investing in football clubs overseas.

Bales……..all clubs at every level suffered financially with the pandemic but Inter also spent over €180m in the transfer market.

Yes... But the owners backed that. Still not sure how you can blame Conte for being given what he asked for
