Seriously just look at the season we just had and factor in that aside from the whole world being able to see that Arteta persistently damages his own teams chances and then publicly blames his players for the mistakes that he made costing results. Also that he exercises petty vendettas against players actively trying to trash their careers. Many players I'm sure talk to each other socially. If you were currently in the PL and a mate asked you if he should move to Arsenal, if you gave any sh !t about his career at all you'd tell him don't do it now because the club with this manager, are far far more likely to damage his profile and career that enhance them.

I'm sure that anyone foolish enough to be considering it right now, is quickly and effectively being talked out of it by anyone here in the know, that they'd likely turn to for advice. Word is out and NOBODY wants to play for Mikel Arteta. Both potential transfers and current player don't want a bar of the . Beundia's a smart cookie. I wonder how many players we'll (conveniently for Stan) "lose out on," purely because Arteta was not sacked and nobody wants to risk their career by letting him get power over it.

Ruben Neves is now being strongly rumoured. To be honest I don’t mind this if we can add Bissouma to him and keep Xhaka.
A central midfield of Partey, Bissouma, Neves and Xhaka is Premier league tested and can compete
Sell Elneny, send Willcock on a season long loan if stupid money does not come for him and promote Azeez.

Was there ever any doubt. NSWE have transformed our Club. Bought in the right people behind the scenes with great reputations on scouting and recruitment, especially in Johan Lange, getting deals DONE. Deals done early with no scr ew 1ng around so players can bed in and be ready. I'm sure Martinez has played his part too but only a blind fool can't see Arsenal are slowly heading into the mire and Villa will progress again.
