I can't be bothered waiting until midday. The answer is that all the clubs have been Champions of England twice in their history, Does that mean Spurs are at the same level as Burnley and PNE, but with a bigger stadium?

I'm amazed that Burnley, Derby, Portsmouth and PNE have only won the League Championship twice. Not surprised about Spurs though.
