Will be like us to pass on Bissouma. None of the players we are linked with bar Bissouma fill me with a lot of excitement.

It’s grates that Edu and Arteta can’t see the obvious. A Bissouma bid should have been on the table after the final whistle when at Emirates in May. He improves our midfield immeasurable and will allow the attack to flourish.

I’d love to understand their reasons for not signing him . Can pretty much do everything as a midfielder , all indications are that he wants to come. If we want to move on to the next level , this is the type of player we must sign.

The only downside is the ACON in January as our midfield will lose him, Partey and Elneny. But that is a small price to pay in the grand scheme of things.Bissouma is quality.

It’s not that I would love to see it work out for Holding but if we did have to lose two, Holding and Mari would be my preferred choice.

Personally I’m not against signing White. Apart from Chambers and Tierney, none of our other defenders still at the club from last season are great on the ball.

I hope we don’t over-spend on White, or spend all summer chasing him. I also hope if he joins it doesn’t mean curtains for Saliba.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he joined and we sold Holding or Mari tbh.

Agreed but at a reasonable price (£30 million max) and after addressing our midfield issues. That’s where we were found out last season; in the middle of the pack.

Transfer rumours will always come with a pinch of salt.

Having said that, the prospect of signing a full England international would be fantastic for us.

If we sign this kid for 50Mil and the season start off poorly Arteta and the Board deserve everything they get.

Seen him a few times and hes nowhere near a 50Mol player.

Ben White is not worth £40m

Watched a fair bit of Brighton this season, the United game sticks in mind when it comes to Ben White being put on his backside like 3 times by rashford. Felt Leeds got away with one not paying 30m for him. His strengths certainly dont seem to be defending, and neither are Brightons tbf, but at 23 he can improve.

Arsenal FC (including Arteta) appear to be clueless when it comes to building for the future. Unlikely that they have a 3-5 year masterplan. This mess will not be fixed with random signings.

If we buy this pubber Arteta needs to be sacked !
