Yeah I just can't get on the England hype train. I'm a Leeds fan everyday, not once every 2 or 4 years. I love the tournament though and watch as many games as I can, I enjoy my sweepstake more than England doing well, but that's just me. The coming home stuff is pretty cringe as this country has flopped so many times in tournaments that we aren't entitled to be remotely arrogant.

That is on the media though. The players seem like a decent lot.

Our media in Wales don't help either. They'll ask people if they're supporting England if we're not in it and they get the expected backlash. There's no need for us to support England just like I wouldn't expect a Leeds supporter to support United in Europe.

It's not something I think about or look forward to.
But when it starts I enjoy it and start shouting for the three lions

At least this is my narrative!

I'm sick of seeing the Gazza goal and the '96 match. But that's primarily because it reminds me that in '96 I was at uni, watched every game and was drinking for most of them.

Now I'm at work and they frown on watching football and drinking beer in the office.

Get some sort of health drink mixer. They all come out sort of reddish brown no matter what you put in. Ensure that you are seen drinking it. Instead of fruit etc, put in dark cider. No one will know it’s not that healthy fruit drink.

Part 2; if you don’t have two monitors, open two browser windows. Use iplayer to watch the game on one, and your work on the other. Learn the hot keys to quickly select (alt tab) between them if your boss comes

Clive t is atrocious. Might aswell be singing it’s coming home the whole time. Terrible biased commentator. Expect some bias but it gets nauseous listening to him. The pundits aren’t bad though
