So who is it? Martinez or Southgate?
I understand from the media, which is unreliable to say the least, that Paratichi wants to play with a back 3 and that could hint at either of these managers. Although I think it'll be Martinez.

The problem that Levy dude has is that he's trying to find a better manager than Jose Mourinho.

All clubs can do is agree fees subject to medical and who would agree a fee when a player could get injured at Euros or Copa? This leaves you only able to sign or sell players not at competitions or Free transfers.
The rest of these rumours are only rumours as clickbait.
Levys media management is the real issue. Everything else isn't really a panic. The press just want us to be the circus and our PR team is obliging.
Fact is no manager is doing much right now. There won't be any preseason tours like previous years so press are overstating the need for a manager to be in early.
Main thing is Paratici gets rid of deadwood that are not in continental competitions.
