England fans for Scotland and why?

Don’t like Wales. Everyone patronises North Macedonia for their squad when Wales’ isn’t much better. Bunch of amateurs who seemingly everyone gets gassed by as they fluke their way into the competition and out the group stage.

Scotland I have time for who seem to slowly but surely be creating the strongest group of players I remember them having for ages.

The Welsh hate the English more than the Scots do. I mean, half the country didn't vote for independence and Rangers are basically the 'British' club up there.

I am English, so I always want England to beat the Welsh and the Scots. Banter and rivalry are great,but it should never go beyond football. Some fans ( of ALL clubs/countries) get carried away and develop genuine hate. Weird! Tonight I was rooting for Scotland,they deserved to progress. Outside of football I have spent a lot of time in Wales and Scotland and they are both full of fantastic people. A few crazy football fans should not effect your overall view of an entire country.

Yeah the hate is pathetic. Everything the UK has become/achieved over the last 300+ years is down to all the home nations and these complete imbeciles that genuinely hate either way need to get a life. Always seems to me knowing many Scots and English more than any others that the most hate comes from the English which is frankly bizarre.
