I can understand non Spurs fans believing everything they hear / read, given it fuels their need to belittle Spurs at every opportunity.

But really guys, do you really believe everything that comes out in the media must be right ? really ??

I appreciate Levy is a football idiot, but come on, nobody can make that many "alleged" mess ups when it comes to appointing an manager at a club that will pay well and is in the so called best league in the world.

For me, about 75% of this rubbish is either totally made up, or a best a story pitched as factual, when the writer just has a bit of gossip or rumour to work with.

There is too much detail shared in the media for it to be bollox, and it is too widely reported for it to be bollox.

Some posters just threw that excuse in the mix to make themselves feel better about the shambles you are.

Once again, all we have is someone saying this approach or that approach happened. This time the Savilla Chairman.

So if I said Levy knocked on my door yesterday and offered me a a well paid job, but of course I turned it down. Oh and, for no apparent reason, I went and told the press. Would you all believe me ?

I made it up of course, but funny that Levy did not officially approach them. Maybe that's just what he does. You know, refuse to lower himself to the gutter where these people live.

Or maybe, just maybe the Savilla bloke is just making sure Levy doesn't go after his manager, by trying to embarrass him or ward him off via the press, before he thinks about an approach.

Seems like a good reverse physiology approach to me. But, of course, if it's in the media it must be true eh ?
