The link says it all.
The sad part is it's one rule for the many and another rule for the elite.

Matt Hancock: Do as I say, not as I do.

Don't understand how anyone is still able to vote for the conservatives
They should have been out after their first term, which was the pact that Cameron made with the electorate at his first election, when he presented us all with a "Contract" of things the Tories would do. ~20 items, he fulfilled one, and did the exact opposite of about 15 of them.
At the time he published it he crowed about kicking them out in 2015 if they didnt deliver, of course before the 2015 election they tried to censor it from the internet..
Essentially the electorate have consistently enabled this contempt for us, their lies and deceit have become commonplace because there is no penalty for them, we have a home secretary that has twice broken the ministerial code for facks sake.
And we continue to do it, anyone who votes Tory at the next election will entrench this further, and give the signal it's okay to act this way.
Cretins.

Thickness and stupidity of the electorate is why Tories stay in power, not because of the opposition.

Brilliant way to get votes, dude.😂😂
Blame the public, never the likes of Corbyn or Abbott or Blair or Starmer.
Political science.

They already have carte blanche mate. Aside from the incompetency demonstrated beautifully by their mishandling of the Brexit negotiations and, particularly, first wave of COVID-19…
Try to bully the judiciary and curb its independence and powers: no repercussions.
Break the ministerial code repeatedly: no repercussions.
Break the law in failing to put public contracts worth hundreds of millions out to tender, and award scores of contracts to businesses owned and run by friends, family and donors: no repercussions.
Lie about who paid for the redecoration of Downing Street: no repercussions.
Rather see “bodies pile high in their thousands”: no repercussions.
Use unprecedented measures to try to defend your indefensible SPAD until he’s sacked, then change your opinion on him completely: no repercussions.
Found to have handed out grants of public money to your girlfriend: no repercussions.
Break your own regulations after the public has been locked in their homes without seeing their families for a facking year: no repercussions.
The public don’t care mate, and they’ve already sent a clear message to the Conservatives: you can act how you want - lie, bully, lie some more, steal from the public purse, hand our money to your friends - and we won’t even consider these matters when polling day arrives.
Tories still with a clear lead at the polls.

I weep at the state of the electorate.
And keep coming back to Carlin:
“Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.”

Its the public that vote them in. Despite all the racism and corruption, the approval remains high so yeah, I blame the public ultimately. A leader is a reflection of the people he represents.
