Yeah...but I'd much rather have Schmeichel in my goal than Pickford.
Sunday...we'll see Donnarumma in goal for Italy...then the difference between an average Gk and the best will be evident.

Pickford is a top goalkeeper at International level. He doesn't look nearly as average at International level to that of club level.

No way is Pickford "a top GK at International level".
He is downright average.
In fact he is probably to weakest link in the England team.

His kicking is awful for a start, but he isn`t a bad shot stopper.

Pickford has been quality for England. He has actually had a really good 2021 for Everton too but that won’t stop lazy opinions.

He was shocking against Denmark, his awful distribution almost cost us a goal and he gave the ball away cheaply more than once

I think Billy was watching the same game Sandy & I were watching!

Pickford was fine, he had a nervy 15 final minutes kicking - it happens. We know what you get up to in your final fifteen.

You must have been watching the other guy...the blond one

Donnarumma and Unai Simon were hardly picture perfect in the corresponding semi final either, both giving the ball away cheaply and in dangerous areas. Things like that happen.

Pickford is very good at International level, it's almost like his "reputation" hampers him rather than his quality now.
