Obviously it’s hard to predict at the moment without any new signings to go on, but at this moment in time and with the rumours of potential signings in the media, where do you expect Spurs are likely to finish this season under Nuno?
Like I said numerous times on here, my connection and passion for the club has taken a massive nosedive. I still love the club don’t get me wrong, but it’s going to take something special to truly get me back on board again. I have no real trust and faith that we will sign the required quality and rid of the horrendous deadwood infesting this squad, which will leave Nuno with an impossible task in trying to get a tune out of a bunch of failures, that have stunk the place out for the last 2 years.
I’m predicting we will finish somewhere between 9th and 12th. I don’t see any higher than this to be honest. I think our defence are utter dog s** and it doesn’t look like we are doing anything to rectify it, meaning we will probably start the season with Dier or Sanchez in it any higher for you guys in the table ?
Where will we finish ?

5th.
Top 4 will be out of reach unless their is a disaster season from one of them.
Liverpool will be stronger with the injuries over and new CB but need to replace Wijnaldum.
City slightly weaker until they get a striker.
Chelsea are on the rise and if they get a finisher are in the title race with the two above.
United not quite title race material but should be clear in the top 4.
Quite a gap.
Then Spurs / Leicester / Arsenal
Another gap
Leeds / West Ham / Everton / Villa
Spurs could win their tier and finish 5th imo.

I was about to write the same thing with a few slight differences. City and Chelsea for me are the two that will be scrapping for the Prem next year. They're both on another level right now, regardless of City's current lack of striker. Then there's Liverpool as you say that have all their stronger players back and United with Sancho and Varane amongst probably even more incomings.
As far as I see it, qualifying for the CL is now harder than it's ever been. Best of the rest is all we can hope for. We are no longer in that bracket. I doubt we'll even get a mention. Nuno will have had a good season if he finishes above Leicester.
We've regressed whilst others have pushed on. That's the reality. You can argue that had we not dropped points last year we could have been in with a shout. Sure. But that was a crippled Liverpool, an indifferent Chelsea and an inconsistent United.
I actually fancy Chelsea to get it this year. They have a mental hold over City now.

Chelsea had some shocking results last year, and at the end of the day, despite spending close to £200 million barely scraped top four. I don`t think they are that great, despite them winning the CL.

this is because you're an idiot.

I think that statement is pretty much fact now 😅😅😅

yeah but it never gets tired pointing it out.

We wont win it unless we sign a genuine goal scorer. Our poor finishing is our achilles heal.

Let's be fair the two financially doped clubs would probably both be playing in the Championship if not for their lottery wins. Imagine building your history off the back of just having more money than the opposition. Laughably their supporters think they are actually earning their trophies, when the rest of us know they are just buying them.

9th to 12th
So on last seasons table, that would see all of Arsenal, Leeds, Villa, Everton West Ham and Newcastle end above us and would be a points tally of about 45, nearly 20 less than last season.
All other things being equal, a tightened defence (which is what most of us expect from Nuno) will see us hang on to some of those 21 point dropped from winning positions under Jose and we werent exactly attacking under him.
It will not take much to improve us. Not enough to really challenge the top 4, unless we really get on a roll with Nuno, but IMO we will be good enough to achieve top 6 and that is where i expect us to finish with a better points tally than last season

So the general consensus is that Spurs won't finish 1st.
