So sorry to see him go, but he has been loyal and I hope he succeeds at City.
Most hated player in the midlands apparently, but a lot of that because he was the best.
I am sure we will miss him, but hope those who have been brought in and may come in, fill the gap that he will undoubtedly leave.

Thanks Jack

I think Ings, Bailey and Buendia for Grealish is great business.
Obviously City are better off with Grealish than if they'd bought those 3, but they have the squad already.
The 3 of those, plus whoever else you may bring in if they're that same level will help you gain more points over the course of the season imo.

You just proper mugged of City, 100 million for Grealish is a stupid amount of money, his a very good player but no way is he worth that much. If they will pay that for him, at Spurs we should easily get 170 mill for kane.

Bailey has the potential to be a quality replacement for you guys, and Buendia and Ings is good business too

Wouldn't use the word loyal to describe someone jumping ship, in spite of the ship looking to have the best future for decades, the enormous amount of support and understanding that someone has received from Villa over the years, and the endless expressions from him of his love for Villa.
His decision to go despite the club making every effort to to keep him. His right, but he shouldn't expect the vast majority of fans to be extremely disappointed (that's putting it politely).
The club will survive, more than survive. Jack may find it tougher than he thinks.
