Results of Season 21/22
Lauders is this year’s champion but boy was he run close and not by a layer anyone seen coming – RnR had an absolute stormer of a final week getting a clean sweep bonus to go with his outstanding 34 points. RnR ended up only 2 points off the double after winning this season’s predictor cup
I reckon Lauders would have preferred to win the cup than the league…
A fairly average week of scoring with RnR as top scorer. Heed was next with 26 then puyol (24), Admin1 (23), PatB8 (22) then Kaiser, shizo, Bluebell and lex with 21 the only players to hit the 20’s.
Lowest scorer of the week was Earl with a poor 6. Penshawdave with 8 then title chasing Duke only managed 9 alongside Rangers5752, BB, Zico and Juke. Everyone else hit the 10’s.
The title race looked set to be between Lauders and The Duke, however a late surge by Kaiser and an even later surge by RnR made it a lot closer than Lauders would have liked it to be. The top 10 stayed fairly stable for the last 8 weeks with very few able to sustain a period of good scoring to get in there. So the top 3 were Lauders, RnR then Kaiser
T be fair to Duke his total score of 801 would have won it last season (as would Shizo’s 774) beating last season’s winning total of 773.
Relegation Battle – Miller and Ghod along with GTB occupied 2 of the relegation spots for most of the season but late season form and good Joker use lifted them clear to ensure that mustyfrog and predictor legend in his own mind Juke become the laughing stock of the season…
Why the Palaver was the only player never to drop out of the top 10
Heed, Ghod and Juke were the only players never to get out of the 20’s
Zach dropped out at week 23 and Lex just beat him by 6 points <alugh>

A tremendous cup run for RnR. Despite all of the replays, not once did he request the season be extended. Fair play.
Feel free to mock Lex, musty and Juke and anyone as you see fit.
