Good signing and in the area that needed the most attention.

Is just a shame that the lad's dream move, and the credit the club would have received for buying him has been totally lost within the Kane farce.

All it needed was the club to come out with a firm, clear statement on Kane from day one, and Spurs may have lost their title of "the laughing stock club of the PL"

Regrettably the title has been retain for at least another season. And there isn't even a trophy for it.

Just glad we have a fresh face and someone who seems to care about defending.

I've never seen him play but I know he already improves our defence, but then again so would signing Peter Dinklage as competition for Dier and Sanchez.

Seriously though, it sounds an impressive signing based on the fact he was named best defender in Serie A.

Yeah..."more of that" is badly needed.
