It’s the equivalent of him saying he’d rather work for the #100 ranked company instead of the #1 ranked company

It’s weak and pathetic, then again he has looked disinterested and not hungry for the last 2-3 years and he looks like he just wants to cash a paycheque and doesn’t even bother putting max effort in on the pitch

So maybe PSG suits him to the ground

He'll be in a front line including Neymar and MbappeArguably the best in world football.

Neymar only scored 17 goals in all competitions last year in 31 appearances. Not bad, but hardly tearing things up. Only 58 appearances over 2 years, only 36 goals.

He's still one of the best players in the world. And good friends with Messi too.

At 34 hard to criticise whatever side he chose, as has nothing left to prove.

People put way too much merit on team awards I think nowadays, not that messi doesn’t have any, he has dozens.

But last year was one of the most impressive messi seasons. Despite the odd injury he had more goals and assists than games played in an awful awful Barcelona team. Single handedly made them compete for the title.

Thing is if you’re the supposed GOAT or want to be the GOAT of this era and cement your legacy why would you not want to prove it by tearing up the PL for a couple years?

Of course he'd tear up the PL, most people don't need to see it to know it . It would be awesome to see him in the PL but there's no genuine intrigue regarding whether he'd flop or not.

It'll never happen but I'd like to see him at Juventus. Now there's a sense of intrigue, having him & Ronaldo in the same team
