Well done lads. Enjoyed that.

Fair play guys, it may not be much but still good to out one over on the big boys. A year ago I thought we had a chance to really join you guys in ruffling feathers but we are a long way behind you now.

Roll on next week

This was a great result seeing as I thought we were going to be overrun at one stage. I couldn’t wait to see Daka come on and he looks to be a fine prospect for the coming season.

Yes, 50 years since that one at Filbo. They should have brought Stevie Whitworth along as Guest of Honour 😊

Ok, so forgetting for a moment that you can't really call an annual charity match, that doesn't qualifies you for anything, a "trophy" just because you won it ( I'm guessing if City had won, you would not consider it one )
that takes Leicesters "trophy" haul to a staggering total of 8 in their entire history.

I do not, like Wikipedia, count second division "trophies" as these are not top flight achievements.

Hmmmm........worth the gloating you are giving out to everyone ??? well lets see. These are the clubs who DO have a "trophy" haul that is worth gloating about.

1st - Man Utd - 66
2nd Liverpool - 65
3rd Arsenal - 48
4th Chelsea - 32
5th Man City - 28 (history questionable as bought)
6th Spurs - 26
7th Villa - 25
8th Everton - 24

Leicester - 7

Hope that explains "history" to you, and that Leicester have a long, long, long..........long way to go before the likes of you can consider your club have "arrived" and can gloat about winning a "trophy" that is not really a "trophy"

Of all the fans of all the clubs in the PL Spurs fans are the one of the last ones that should be going on about trophies. Perhaps have a multi boarded thread with the Everton & West Ham fans to remind yourselves what trophies look like.

One of the biggest cry babies on this site.

Not sure we're doing too much gloating. We are simply enjoying our moment in the sunshine. Football is cyclical. Spurs were successful once, no-one is disputing that.

For the record though:

Spurs have won the top division twice, we have won it once.

Spurs have won the league cup four times, we have won it three times.

Spurs have won the FA Cup 10 times to our once.

So apart from the FA Cup which Spurs last won 30 years ago, our respective honours hauls are really not that different.
