How long do we think it'll be before he's got a double spread interview in one of the red tops accusing the squad of laying down tools and being unprofessional last season? (again), with the caveat of "see how they play Infront of a crowd" (again).
I suspect if we win the first OF next weekend we will see the above a couple of days later, with no critical questions or analysis from the journalist.
Given our lack of depth down the left flank, it made me wonder what Elyanoussi would be like in this set up.. he'd be guaranteed 20+ goals, with double figure assists. The fact he scored as many despite being stifled by our non-existent tactics or style of play last season is remarkable.
Last season will go down in our history as one of the worst.. up there with the Barnes debacle and the failed Mowbray experiment, and it's damaged Lennon's image and standing with the fans immeasurably. How he reacts/deals with this season will either solidify that view for years or he might get the benefit of the doubt if he holds his hands up and admits his shortcomings.
Could you imagine if he had a Twitter account he'd be doing a Conor McGregor just now and having drunken spats with random fans and current n' ex-pros.

Finally read the article yesterday. Ungracious egomaniac. He did the same thing when Deila took over.
