Biggest load of crap I've ever seen in my life.
Not because I don't necessarily agree with his choices - no, it's because he waffles nonsensically about irrelevant rubbish. Look at the evaluations he made of Reece James and Demarai Grey this week. James' had two sentences about him, the rest was slating Arsenal. Grey's had one sentence about him at the end which didn't give any details about what he did to justify being in the team of the week. Even David Raya had one paragraph out of three to himself - the rest was Crooks' verdict on his team. I understand you have to broaden your conversation a bit but it's just hack writing.
Does anyone else feel that Crooks is a pointless waste of space or am I being too harsh?

Does anyone else feel that Crooks is a pointless waste of space
I heard talk once of someone who disagreed with this, but I suspect it was an urban legend.
He's amusing in a sh!ts and giggles kind of way, but does have some bizarre obsessions that he feels obliged to air every time he selects certain players...just google "garth crooks and pogba" for a flavour

I dtopped reading his articles many years ago. Also switched to soccer saturday/Bt Score because of his punditry.
