Looks like rangers will be in negotiations with both Neil Danns and Tomer Hemed within the next 48 hours according to the Daily mail:

Personally im not too sure on the signing on Neil Danns unless hes going to be a squad player. Have seen him player a number of times and doesn't have anything wylde doesn't apart from experience. Hemed on the other hand, i cant really comment too much, looks like a decent finisher and has good touch from youtube vids. However i could make myself look half decent from youtube clips. Hopefully they will be squad players initially (in Hemed's case) and the first team players will come in once the budget has been set out by Whyte.

Danns 17 goals in 2 seasons from midfield is good, but from what I have seen he looks no different to Davis, Edu, McCulloch, Ness ??? its creativity we need
Hemed - reports sound good, have a good feeling about this one, seen the utube clips, but some of the finishes are quality for any league

I think Danns would add a bit more than Edu would, but yeah i can't see him adding much to what we currently have other than a back up.
Hemed is a free transfer and low wages so worth a go but reports say there is mixed views about him being ready for first team football at rangers straight away, although he does have something about him. Certainly take him over Beattie and in a few years he might become a frequent goalscorer for us.

A read somewhere that that Hemed guy hus scored 2 goals in 44 games for Israel U17s up to the senior team.

Hof - 15 goals in his last 22 starts, it sounds similar to C Salmon at Killie last year - was doing FA for a few years then bang hits top form and the goals start rattling in - I think hes worth a punt for free ....

think yee have read it rang Hof, I said he has been doing nothing for years but all of a sudden he seems to have hit top form, this is what the Gers would have wary of above in the reports, is this guy the real deal or just going through a purple patch ???

admittedly his international record isn't great but he just got his first senior cap and apparently did well. He can do no worse than Beattie or Sebo and he costs nothing so why not. No reason we can't sign a more proven striker later in the window.
