I liked the guy, but definitely after the ACL he’s not been the same. We’ve not decreased in quality due to his departure

Looked like he was going to be a brilliant full back when he broke through and had a couple of very good seasons for us. Thought he'd end up back at Barca and be the heir to Dani Alves. Unfortunately he just hasn't been the same since the injury. Looks like he's lost a yard of pace, which was crucial to his game, and last season looked completely shot of confidence.

Good move for all and wishing him the best back in Spain. Hopefully he can get his career back on track, still has time on his side.

I wonder whether he has the attitude to fulfil his talent. He seems quite an unusual character and very much about his own image (perhaps above football)
