where he left-off from youth-level. Making it look easy at the highest-level.

Seamless transition to senior football thus far, as I expected the step-up would be for him (akin to Lamptey).
Not many had a clue who he was, now they do...announcing himself to the world in emphatic fashion with MOTM display against United.
Buy-back clause is the silver-lining, taken a while for the club to properly utilise what can be a useful tool. Will come in handy.
Much like in the case of Tammy', club learnt from the past mistakes and cleverly inserted a buyback...about time!
Tuchel made a massive error of judgement uselessly exiling a very capable player and ever improving 20+ goalscorer in Tammy for no valid reason last season.
Does this mean I want Tuchel out? No. Nowhere near that stage.
Just pointing out a terrible mistake.
Shouldn't have had to sell Tino, not ideal but tide has turned.
Knock-on effect of Frank leaving is mass academy exodus, they no longer see a viable pathway (and some like Guehi have designs of being in the England squad in the medium-term).
Stark contrast from when Frank took over and a plethora of academy youth committed to Chelsea long-term.
Really makes one forever grateful and appreciative for the work foundation Frank did in changing the culture and breaking through the pathway barriers to fully integrate and develop Mount, Reece, Tammy, Tomori.
Valentino Livramento continuing....

I tryna imagine what manager would satisfy you (other than Lampard obviously).
Wenger maybe? Renowned for having untold patience with young players.

We also have to remember Dujon Dterling is a talent and plays that position too. Also, realistically, it's great as fans to have the team stacked with young academy players such as James, Chalobah, CHO, Mount, Chalobah etc but we also need a balance and if we're spending near 100m on Lukaku, players must be sold to finance the move.

I think as far as the club and even the academy is concerned a decent sale price and a professional career achieved elsewhere is just as much a success for us and them breaking into the 1st team

What a team goal v Roma; Tammy linking up twice
His kink up play was never that good iirc

Yep, we are now successfull developing young players at a rate that exceeds our own capacity to keep them at the club. Victims of our own success, so selling them with buy backs is the next best thing we can do.

I'll critique and take exception to any manager where I feel it is necessary for their inadequate treatment of our outstanding homegrown players in correlation to other players (especially when said other players are constantly underperforming, but still get unfair preferential treatment)

Couldn't be further from the truth. Inaccurate.
This is a player that more often than not...yields goals (contribution).
Tammy' spell in the team as a CF and Werner left-forward coincided with us scoring goals for fun.
Tammy & Timo Werner 8 starts together = 21 goals for Chelsea. (17 in first 5 matches).
A very good multiplier and supplementer for goals, that was wasted.

OP you write this article as if Tuchel pushed Livramento out the door. The fact is he was wanted by Chelsea but refused to sign a new and improved contract. Chelsea/Marina made the best of a bad situation. They got a fee and a buy back clause of £25m inserted rather than lose him for nothing next summer and have no priority on resigning him in future. Right now he's not moving Reece out the side. There are parallels here with Lamptey. These guys are impatient for first team football and see a move to a lesser team as a fast track and also the carrot of a big signing on fee to a teenager cannot be disregarded.
