Leroy Sane as a fantastic player for City and was always a threat when he was availble to play. Apparantly hes not going over to well in Bayern -fans booing him off the pitch, CHO is not happy at Chelsea and Bayern have often shown a big interest in him i know Sane is older but hes is the finished article whereas CHO has a lot of promise but he doesnt seem to be improving recently. So maybe a good swap for all parties Sane and CHO get chance to kick on again and Chelsea and Bayern get something both could use to good effect.

Sane at City was good. Am I right that since recovering from his injury at Bayern he has been off form? The swap itself would still be a W from purely the transfer as Sane is just better than CHO currently and probably has the same ceiling. But also a bit of a means to nothing as we don’t need Sane right now, who does he replace?? We have Mount, Ziyech, Havertz and Werner as our forward options.

I wish Sane hadn’t left City. Rate him highly, and surprised his move to Bayern hasn’t worked out as well as I thought it would.
Would love to see him back at City, but we don’t need him as it’s a position we’re ok in.
Criticisms of him is that he is a bit of a luxury player, and his attitude isn’t the best. For those reasons he doesn’t strike me as the kind of signing Tuchel would want.

Would prefer Chiesa if we're going for a wide player

I would prefer Sane to Ziyech personally, Hakim just isnt built for the PL whereas there is a bit of substance in Sane, i think hed get plenty of playing time at the bridge

Wouldn't suit us atm so it's a bit redundant. Our attacking midfields are tucked in & Sane would only work as a wing back (assuming he'd even wanna do it) against really defensive teams.

Although I like our wide players, I find them all a little lightweight. Pulisic should be scoring 15 a season with his attributes, Ziyech can't seem to stay fit for more than a couple of weeks and CHO has never recovered from that injury. I hope Mount adds more goals because he contributes so much in those forward areas.

we'll take him

I’m told Sane isn’t popular with German fans because he did something not usually done by the best up and coming talents - he left Germany.
As a generic fan base they also dislike ‘new money’ in football (RBL being universally disliked&hellip so Sane leaving for City was an extra kick in the plums. Same is true for Draxler and PSG.
I think there were a lot of people in Germany waiting for Sane to fail. Probably hoping he’d fail at Bayern. Wouldn’t surprise me at all to see him leave next summer.
