As a few people have said above, the likeliest beneficiary of this is Matic, not Van de Beek. I do expect to see more of Donny this season but I wouldn't be surprised to see Matic and Pogba start as a two with Bruno ahead against Newcastle. Donny possibly to start against Young Boys.

This ban will truly show up how poor the Liverpool squad is. No Alisson, Fabinho or Firmino is an absolute nail in their coffin going to Elland Road.

We will cope without Fred just fine as we have too many goalscorers.
