Not only has Chris gone, but it looks like Cooper is in. The compensation isn’t a lot apparently, Swansea are paying him gardening leave, so it looks like we split the bill, so to speak.
Not only that, but I wake up to us not being bottom anymore! I mean the table’s not updated, but we’re six points clear of Derby following their mandatory 12 point deduction.
If only we could win a game of football. We could be 22nd by tomorrow, if Peterborough also lose.
Anyway, with Stevie Reid set to be in charge then anything could happen. Scoreline, squad and / or tactics. We have a chance now ol’ clueless has gone.

I expect Reid might play a few of the younger players such as Osong. He had a great game for the U18s, scoring two in a 3-3 draw with Liverpool. Direct, powerful, tricky and a fine finisher!

I can't grumble at the points that we have. I just knew we'd completely cockitup today, knew it. Back to normal for us, 70% possession, 10 shots, 2 on target. Garbage.

I watched the game and what a surprise. If you go out to win a game of football / play with positivity then you might actually win.
Whoever comes in, please watch that game and don't revert to keeping it tight.
Playing 3-4-3 means we don't really have to play an attacking midfielder. Which is great, because we don't have one.
* CB's we have covered - Ely and Soh can come into that back three.
* Wing-backs - Drager and Tutu can come in - although they'll have a hard job replacing the two today.
* CM/DM - three at CB means we don't have to worry so much about these two positions. Which was great as Garner wasn't great again. If Ojeda gets up to speed and / or Fornah gets a look in that's a very competitive area of the pitch which will hopefully push on Cafu and Colback.
* The front three. Grabban gets service and we score. Lolley turned up. Z.Nagel didn't make the bench and we had Mighten to come on. Oh and Johnson of course haha
Our best player on the pitch was Spence. Motm for me, even when he did lose the ball he managed to get a block or a knick in.
So yeah, it just leaves us a striker short.
Six points clear of Derby as it will shortly stand. A win next week and we could be out of the bottom three.
With games coming up against Millwall (18th), Barnsley (19th) and Brum (11th) we have a good chance of pulling away from the relegation zone.
Additionally, we have already played six of the top ten in our first eight games. It's only one game, but boy was it a good one.

Spence was excellent, very fast, & caused us problems all match... Really poor day for us, lacking in ideas, bad attitude.. Typical us...
