Yup, he looks decent, he doesn't get forward much as Castor says but then with Tierney on the other side rampaging down the left some cover is required so maybe that's not so bad.

Was a good omen when right at that start of the game he was blocking crosses from reaching the box: something Bellerin or Chambers were useless at. No nonsense, big , confident, efficient with the ball. What a great signing

Very impressed by him thus far, with the obvious caveats of it being only 2 games, and how kolasinac looked good for 3 months etc. But he seems like a smart buy, not as venturous as some fall backs but you can see how he fits into the system with tiereny basically playing LW, and how he can drop into a back 3 when needed. He seems comfortable on the ball and has a good range of passing. Hopefully as the team develops he can evolve more in an attacking sense, looks likes he has the attributes to push in that direction

Your business overall in the summer was poor, a couple of 1-0 wins against the bottom 2 doesn’t change that. Ødegaard is alright, can’t see him improving greatly, Ben White will be okay in the long run, Tomiyasu was comfortably your best and one of the best overall signings this summer

Wtf Spurs are the Cinderella of Premier League

He chooses his moments to get forward unlike Bellerin. He looks what I class as a "Proper" FB/WB in that he's primarily a defender and a good one but is also good enough going forward to augment the attack when it's needed.

Bellerin and a lot of others these days are pretty much just pacey attackers with little defensive nouse or ability. I think we will see much more of Take going forward as the season progresses. Hardly the situation you'd come into as a new defender and take big attacking risks early on. Maybe in a team that was in a more positive place but coming into AFC right now you'd have to be feeling cautious on the pitch.
