I thought that they had been given a 12 point deduction (3 points of which were suspended, so a net 9 point deduction) for financial irregularities before they went into administration.

Surely they should receive a further 12 point deduction for going into administration.

They have got the 12 point administration first, the 9 (+3) is still on the table.
