To all those that want Conte...

...what exactly will he bring to the team?
Does he fit the United model and ethos?
What will be of our youth team?
Is he going to guarantee trophies 100%?
What will be of our squad chemistry and harmony?

It's not that easy. Think of the bigger picture.

We won't get Conte, he would want 300 million to rebuild our terrible midfield.

The owners will want another yes man.

Define a yes man for me.

We're sticking with Ole and that's the way it should be. This is finally his team and now he should get a couple of seasons to show what he's got. Klopp got 5 years before he won anything and so did SAF.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They'd proven themselves to be capable managers before moving to United and Liverpool. Ole is out of his depth and those who think otherwise are thankfully dwindling in number by the week.

With Pep, Klopp and Tuchel to compete with then no there isn't a guarantee of trophies. Just more chance of them maybe.

Less competition in Serie A and when he won the league with Chelsea he didn't even have European football.

Still think he should at least get a free run this season. If we get blown out the water in all cups and not even come close to winning the league then maybe we should be thinking about moving him on. I like the work he's done on rebuilding but getting what is a quality squad wining is now on him.

Rebuilt well?

He has spent 450 million pounds. Here is our first 11.

De Gea - Already here, still don't trust him, probably need a new goalkeeper.
AWB- Terrible, need need signing.
Maguire- 80 million, good defender but nothing special.
Varane- 50 mill, good defender.
Shaw- was already here.
Fred- rubbish, needs replacing.
Mctominay- Rubbish, needs replacing.
Pogba- Leaving after this season, needs replacing.
Bruno- 65 million, Good player on his day.
Sancho - 75 mill, not looked good so far
Ronaldo- Will be 38 next season, need a new striker.

So if a new manager came in after this season, there are 5-6 players to bring in?

The rebuild has been poor. Ii have never seen a team spend 500 million, with so little to show for it.

I see you've increased 440 million to 500 million.
Still, try PSG in answer to your ' I've never seen etc'.

I will when you show me the 500 million spent under Ole.
Lille beat PSG to the title by the way.

Even the £440m is inflated. And it includes fees paid for youngsters that aren't in the first team squad yet. Even though Ron says Ole isn't building for the future. Also, £128m has been spent this summer. Its a bit hard to have anything to show for that £128m when you've only had the players for 8 games.
