Arsenal fan in peace
Im a big fan of Owen Coyle & Bolton and im starting to see some talk about Coyle being sacked i for one dont think that should happen at all yes its been a bad season so far & todays match isn't helping matters but i dont think sacking Coyle would make it any better.
In fairness you've played man utd, city, liverpool, arsenal & now chelsea most teams who had all them teams in there opening games would be struggling now.
I think now all them teams are out of the way you could start picking up wins. Good luck this season
Keep the faith

My issue isn't with Owen Coyle, it's with the players.

sky sports are really laying into Petrov today aren't they, i know he hasn't been good today but neither has the rest of your lot

He gave the ball away over 20 times and u cant do that against top drawer opponents. Not sure why he was still on the pitch.
Main problem today was in the centre just letting Luiz and co to just walk into our final third

ricky gardener played quite well so WHY is robinson still in the team, everything came down the right wing he is not fast enough, petrov wont track back, gardener would not require the same level of cover, with robinson out of the team we could have a 5 man midfield wich could include muamba, and with that formation would leave petrov were he is at his best going foreward.

Gotta say I just don't see why PR wasn't sold in the summer and replaced with someone else. To be honest he works very hard and always tries his best but he's not now and never was good enough for the premiership. IMO he was THE worst signing of the Megson era and I was genuinely surprised that Owen kept him. As to Petrov I think Sky are being a touch harsh. He had a bad day to be sure but he was far from alone and I don't think he was our worst performer. I also think Adam Bogdan had a poor day at the office but to be fair to the lad you don't chuck a young and inexperienced keeper in against the likes of Chelsea when your left back is a cart horse and expect to get away with it.

Thanks, gunner.
Unfortunately, not many Bolton fans will want to speak to anyone today. That performance was absolutely abysmal. We are rock bottom...regarding everything
Our manager doesn't know our best team
Our manager doesn't make the right changes. N'Gog off? He was our best player by a country mile.
No movement
No speed of thought, no sharpness
Defence looks in tatters
Martin Petrov has played football for 20 years, every day for 20 years and he can't kick the ball with his 'other' foot.
Why on earth didn't Coyle notice that Terry and Luiz wretched N'Gog all the time and that's what allowed them to trot 45 yards to our penalty area until it was 4-0?
Both our keepers are bobbins
Who sponsors the matches? Who on Earth decided Kevin Davies was MOM?
Why does it sound like someone has left the hairdryer on half way through the second half in the stadium?
