Most of us who thought Grealish was overrated thought that well before you bought him. When hipster fans were gushing over his Villa performances and then a chunk of England fans viewed him as the saviour of the England team

If Pep gets the next level out of him i'll change my mind

Id wager there are at least a few City fans who held/or still hold this opinion of him too

I'm pretty neutral on Grealish atm, I'll judge him at the end of season, especially if Sterling moves on.

The £25m in add-ons won't be paid until Jack (and the club) hit certain targets, as it stands he cost the same as Sancho.
