The problem is 3-5-2. Why on earth we're playing it I haven't the faintest. With a solid back 4 of Cash, Konsa, Mings and Targett we would have something to build on. As it is the players look uncomfortable, the communication has gone to pot, and we haven't a single winger on the pitch. Good players look poor because we're playing the wrong system. We looked much better in the second half when we went to 4 at the back.
