We seem to have found ourselves with a few different penalty takers lately, be that in game or in penalty shoot outs, in general I think they've done pretty well but who would your 5 penalty takers been in a shoot out. For me it would be jorginho, james and havertz for certain and im not too sure after that. I'm sure Chilwell and alonso would be decent on pens but I just don't really like left footers taking them for some reason. Azpi always seems solid when we're in a shoot out so I'd probably throw him in there too. Mount doest seem the best so I'd keep him off them but other than that people seem pretty comfortable. Little mention for kepa in that he definitely seems to have found his niche in terms of being good in a shoot out.

Yeah go into them with a bit of confidence nowadays which is nice. Which inevitably means we will lose the next one lol.
Our performances need to improve though. Although we rotated the team it’s not good drawing these games.

Think the ideal order for our squad would be something like this :
1st - Lukaku/Werner (both favour less pressure)
2nd - Havertz/Mount
3rd - Alonso/Chilwell/James
4th - Azpi (captain should always step up imo)
5th - Jorginho

Technically scoring a penalty shouldn't be an issue for any professional football player, it's about shouldering the burden of potentially missing. If he can't handle that you need to start asking why he's captain in the first place.
If the captain is the keeper, that's the exception. He's got enough responsibility in a shoot out situation.

As we know there is a certain skill and head space required to take a penalty successfully.. it's not in every players DNA
