MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head
Norwich City and Leeds United meet in the Premier League for the first time since 1994. The home team triumphed 2-1 in both fixtures that season.
Norwich have won four of the six Premier League encounters. The Canaries had won four of their previous 20 top-flight games against Leeds.
However, Norwich have won just one of the past five league meetings at Carrow Road.

Norwich City
Norwich's 7-0 loss to Chelsea last weekend matched their joint-heaviest defeat in the Premier League. They also lost 7-0 to Manchester City in 2013.
The Canaries are on a winless streak of 19 Premier League games, scoring three goals and conceding 47.
Their return of two goals equals the English league record for fewest goals after nine fixtures.
Norwich's goal difference of -21 is the joint worst at this stage of a Premier League campaign, level with Sheffield Wednesday in 1999-00.
The Canaries have conceded 23 league goals. They have only once before let in more after nine games, conceding 27 in 1946.
Norwich have equalled the club top-flight record of nine successive winless home matches, last set in 2004.
Norwich did not take the lead in any of their previous 13 Premier League fixtures.
Both of Norwich's league goals this season were scored by Teemu Pukki at Carrow Road. Fifteen other players have made shot attempts without scoring.
Daniel Farke has the lowest points-per-game ratio (0.49), win ratio (10.6%) and goals-per-game ratio (0.60) of any Premier League manager to have taken charge for more than one season.

Leeds United
Seven points from nine games marks Leeds' worst start to a top-flight campaign since 1981.
Their only Premier League win this season came at home against promoted Watford on 2 October.
Leeds can remain winless in each of their opening five away fixtures of a league season for the first time since 1998 in the Premier League.
They have scored just eight goals in their nine league matches this campaign.
Leeds are unbeaten in all eight games against sides in the relegation zone since returning to the Premier League last season.

There it is, every chance of taking the 3 points if we can put in a good performance, unfortunately Norwich too will be well up for this so I think my usual 1-2 Scoreline might be worth a shot (Although I really think we will win 0-3 with Raph ghosting 👻 in and getting 2 and Dan James spooking the defence and getting one 👻

Your expectations are obviously low, mine aren't I was brought up on the Revie team so my expectations are high. I don't think Liverpool, Man utd, etc. Would accept your expectations and neither do I.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Setting your expectations by the team we were 50 years ago isn't realistic. It's pure fantasy.

Before Revie we were an average 2nd division team. Rugby league and cricket were more popular than Leeds United.

We certainly enjoyed our best trophy winning years in the 60s and 70s and built up a world wide fan base because of it but realistically that was a relatively short period of success for the club.

Since the 1975 European robbery we have spent more years outside the top league than in if. 22 years top flight 24 years 2nd and 3rd tier.

Sorry to break it to you but we do not deserve to be higher than we are or in the top 6. It would be lovely but we have to earn it on the pitch and stop living in the past.

You'll be wanting Love thy neighbour and Mind your language and the Black and White Minstrel Show back on TV next.

This Bielsa is a Messiah thing is a complete fantasy. Yeah he got us promoted but that's the basic expectation for our club. We have to be challenging the best.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course he’s not the messiah… but your expectation that we have to challenging the best is absurd! Why would you expect that? Only a fool would have such an expectation from a team with our resources after such a long time out of the top flight. Each year in the Premiership gives us the chance to buy 2/3 players of a higher standard, and not all those will work, so that’s 3-4 more years to have any decent strength in the team. Maybe when you, and others, start being realistic will you stop making statements which simply make you look silly.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bielsa has only so many options for team selection - it’s the performance levels that’s letting us down. Tbh it sounds like you’ve just got a grudge against Marcelo.

God, what a bunch of losers

Confidence is low, injury list high. Some players not had a pre season.

We’ll get to our best soon.

Massive 3 points today. Up the table we go

& anyone who’s says Bielsa should go, know zero about football. Luckily 99% are behind him.

We just need to beat the teams around us, don’t care about the top 6 teams at all.

I'll say it again, what a bunch of losers,if there's one thing the yanks have got right it's that winning is everything and second is nowhere.

So you must be pretty happy this evening then?

Gritty result in the end. We were wasteful in spells but we got the win which is key. A far tougher game next time, the boys need to put in a real performance.

Id bring Klich back in, give the boy gelhardt a stint next ti.e.

It seems you watch a lot off TV, Yanks films always make American's out as hero's, you'll never find an American film where they come second!..

Strange how whenever Lowfields posts you know you're on to a loser!..
