Found this article on Antonio Conte, might actually surprise Spurs supporters as it did me.

The level of concentration and the quality of training will increase under Conte.
Every single player will get that energy jolt thrust into them - if they follow him, that would only do their careers at Spurs well and Spurs well. And if they don't, he has no problem whoever it is to completely freeze them out, he doesn't care.
For someone like Harry Kane or Dele Alli, I think that this could actually be good for them because Conte is - despite popular belief - a very good man manager, he is very good at getting players on board with his project.
One of the biggest misconceptions about Conte is that he plays defensive, boring football - that's just not true.
Conte's a guy who is defensively solid and sound but his Juventus and Inter sides played some very attractive football. Inter scored over 100 goals two seasons in a row in all competitions under him.
He's very organised, he's a system manager, he's wants things his way and when it works it is beautiful.
They mopped the floor with every single team in Serie A by playing a very organised style of play and they scored for fun.

What I like about Conte is, he appears to build a team and way of playing out of the tools at his disposal.

I would say this is true for some of the players. Some clearly lack the drive and the minerals to achieve more and operate in the comfort zone, happy to blame anyone but themselves, and its easy to do at Spurs as the fans/media/pundits love to talk about Levy or being Spursy or lack of investment or the manager.

With a live stream to Conte's home on a big screen where his wife and kids are pleading not to be hurt..."Just do what they ask Antonio" she tearfully begs. Levy sat behind his desk stroking his cat, pushes forward a pen. Just sign here and they'll be fine.

Levy is feeling the heat....So Conte will get what he wants in January...... whereas he wouldn't deal with Levy in June:
"Some are hypothesizing that chairman Daniel Levy has given assurances to Conte that he will be financially backed to get the players he wants in for his tactics, including in this January’s transfer window. Others have (semi-seriously?) suggested that maybe Conte is just a person who must be in charge of a football club to be happy, and this is also a factor in his decision to reverse course and sign with Spurs."
