1. No idea of tactics
2. No idea of organisation
3. Generally no idea of what is going on.
The old firm, and particularly Celtic, is no place for an inexperienced manager. We are looking down at 4 in a row for Rangers and the only light I can see at the end of the tunnel is the train coming this way
