MATCH FACTS
Head-to-head
Leeds have won one just one of the past 10 meetings in all competitions.
They have lost four consecutive Premier League away fixtures against Chelsea.

Chelsea
Chelsea could draw three Premier League home matches in a row for the first time since 2016.
They are in danger of losing consecutive league fixtures for the first time under Thomas Tuchel.
Defeat would ensure Chelsea lose five home league games in a calendar year for the first time since 1995.
The Blues have had 16 different goalscorers in the Premier League this season - one more than Leeds' total goal tally of 15.
Mason Mount has been directly involved in Chelsea's last four Premier League goals, scoring two and providing two assists.

Leeds United
Leeds have only lost once in seven Premier League matches.
However, they have suffered nine defeats in their past 10 Premier League fixtures in London.
Raphinha has been directly involved in seven of Leeds' 15 league goals this season, scoring six and setting up one.
Since the beginning of last season, Leeds have lost nine of their 12 Premier League games (75%) without Kalvin Phillips, compared to just 11 defeats in 41 (27%) when he plays.

Here we go then, a very tough away fixture that would have been difficult enough without key players missing I really think we'll struggle but if the Real Leeds United show up I think we'll nick it 1-2 🤪 (wot did you expect me to put

He also killed someone, so that doesn't help.

I thought there were positives today. Another good game for Tyler, and thought it was the best we've seen from Firpo. Shackleton played well before going off, and might be the best I've seen from Harrison this season, albeit that bar isn't so high.

As classy as your team I see.

At least you didn't end any footballers careers today.
Uli Hoeness and Bjorn Andersson

How long you been waiting to make that comment? 40+ year grudge.

Tragic career ending injuries for two of the best young players of 70s
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Players get injured all the time, some of those injuries are career ending, unfortunately that is the nature of the game. Nobody vents their spleen about 2 relatively obscure players who got injured 40 years ago. It was a different game back then and in the context of todays game your comment is bizarre. I am not looking forward to the next Man Utd game because I have a grudge against Roy Keane ending Haalands career.

Hoeness obscure?

Chuck ur money on if alonso starts
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't understand the hate for Alonso, from the games I've seen he's been solid. But I obviously haven't seen him play as much as you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope today shows u why. Awful player who plays in moments and will get the odd assist or goal but unless he’s in an opposition box he’s awful
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes loss of Chilwell has really unbalanced side

I can't ever recall two players being so badly injured in one game. And such bad tackles

This has to be one of the most obscure things I've seen on this site, and that's saying something 🤨

But it was nearly 50 years ago, you need to let it go man, I sure it has given you many a sleepless night but don't realise that the not only were none of todays squad born then but probably none of their parents either.
I would understand if these were Chelsea players but they were not.
Seriously strange comments.

All three penalties were correct imo. I took my boy yesterday, shed end, terrific atmosphere and decent game. Chelsea were a bit negative first half before Leeds scored but took more risks (final ball going in a forward direction) after that.

Surely Leeds fans need to let it go that they were robbed in that final

Should have been down to 10 men before penalty shouts

Which given the fact that we didn't use him for months and Alonso was playing is astounding

another Alonso kicker...hes scored some very important oals for us that far outweighs the goals hes personally been responsible against.
As for the game ive been a Chelsea fan since 1964, and since the fa cup games against Leeds in 70/71 its always a game i love to watch. theres not really any reason for these two teams historically apart from the fa cup final to hate each other it just seems to have materialised. Last game was a typical chelsea leeds game as seen maybe 40 years ago, none of these players were born yet, but the game just seemed to naturally flow that way.
Dont like Leeds or hate them but that type of game is almost expected and respected every time we meet- long may it continue. No more of those soft games we have against teams like southampton etc.
I hope leeds turn it around so we get to play them again next season.
