Let's get this right..

...we have an ex England manager in charge and a group of players, most of whom, have reached the play-offs for the last two years...........and it's the board's fault? Yeah, right.
This is mainly down to McClaren's inability to motivate the players and his, seemingly crap, tactics and a group of apathetic players. It's about being professional and getting the job done - the players need to buck up. McClaren needs to sort it, or walk.
