Captain of junior England side is ready to compete, and being in the first-team squad over Sarr is a must.
Left-footed proactive ball-playing defender is a pressing requirement and his standout quality even at this early stage of his career can be of much value to make an impact in the big time (akin to Chalobah or Tomori previously)...possibly replacing outgoing Azpi/Rudiger, rather than spending huge on a young high-profile/household name defender that will undoubtedly need much time to adapt (obviously if more CBs than the named above leave we'll need to act accordingly within the market).

I have to say, for someone so young, he's really impressed me. We've had a couple of players come on loan to us in the past, namely Ben Chilwell and Emile Smith Rowe, and its apparent from the first 20 minutes that you're witnessing a future international. I get the same vibes from young Levi. He's obviously very raw, and he isn't playing in a team exactly brimming with confidence, but he has kept his standard up pretty high. You've definitely got a gem of a player on your hands there
