Arteta man management

What’s the view? It’s very Mourinho like coming out publicly. On one hand it’s great to see what the reasons are however on the other hand, is it really necessary?
If he was a good coach, I honestly wouldn’t even think twice about it. But because he’s so poor, this comes into question alongside it being quite unconventional for managers to tell everyone so soon.

Is Arteta too naive, or has he got this strategy of his right?

I didn't start calling him Artitler for nothing.

He's done this a few times to one degree or another during his time here.

So far you can't say it's worked because the side has performed very poorly but it's obviously not necessarily the reason for that. It might be a factor, it might even help while other issues are the main problem

Either way Arteta so far hasn't shown any sign of being a manager worth sticking with

Sadly what we see isn't what Kroenkes see so we're stuck with Jim for a while longer...

Why would any fan expect them to see when we keep seeing Emirates crowds showing absolutely no disapproval of Arteta and his methods. The relentless booing by the fans of Arteta's presence at AFC, could/would have gotten him fired months ago, But apparently our home fans are too dkless to get the job done. They deserve to be stripped of their damned season tickets so they can be sold to some real fans who actually care enough about AFC to make some feckin noise to get rid of the curse that is Arteta.

OP

Arteta has no man management skills, at all. That was made clear within weeks of his arrival and how he dealt with Guen and went after AMN. He's one of those thinks that leading means he doesn't have to take the blame for anything because he being in charge he can always make it someone else.

Most of all he simply can't and won't accept that he has gotten and it getting things very badly wrong at AFC. That is a critical flaw when it comes to managing anything but people in particular. It's makes people neither confident nor comfortable with following you. Especially when they see you unnecessarily getting it so badly wrong time and time again.
