Match ratings vs Liverpool

Great game, created so many quality chances:

Lloris - 7 thought his kicking was very good today

Emerson - 6 actually let down a lot of the attacks and iffy defensively. Battled well all game.
Sanchez - 6.5 decent, made some great blocks but still poor on the ball
Dier - 7 been exceptional under Conte
Davies - 7 think he was solid too
Sessegnon - 6.5 nice game, faded a bit

Winks - 8.5 I thought he was exceptional, the amount of high quality through balls he played was exceptional
Dele - 7.5 really strong game but lacked the final quality unfortunately
Ndombele - 7 decent

Kane - 7 really good game but didn’t have his shooting boots on
Son - 6.5 thought he was quite disappointing - made good runs

Skipp - 6.5 decent

I still don't think Ndombele is fit enough to start every match. I can see why he got hooked. I want to see Winks and Dele again against West Ham(if it goes ahead). One game is a start. They both put a shift it. Winks was our best player today.

Son looked tired whole game and Sessegnon so around the 60 minute mark

Son was really weirdly poor, his running in behind was excellent and winks/ndombele found him so many times but he couldn’t do much with it bar that Dele chance

Hard to comment on players fitness today - we don’t 100% know who had COVID and it affects players differently.

Dele looks like he can be bothered again probably the biggest plus in that game

I think i might be the only one who wasn't wowed with dele in that game

And even if im wrong. That's one game he's turned up in, for 2-3 years

Winks was awesome
Dier is fast become a 'first name on the team sheet'
Sessegnon was ace and worked his socks off
Royal, I'm so much more comfortable with him defending our right side, although he's disappointing a lot of the time going forward
Davies, Great game again

First time in a long time I'm disappointed in just a point against Liverpool

Dele was ok, which compared with his performances of late, feels like a sensational performance. Definitely showed he still has something to offer, whether with us or elsewhere.

Dele was ok today... still think it’s time he moved on though... he’s had enough chances...

Winks did well... though still think it’s time he moved on too...

I’m not convinced by Emerson Royal... though it is early days...

When I saw our midfield today, I groaned... but cheered up a bit, when I saw Liverpool’s!!
