So it’s off as they have covid issues - annoying as I was due to go . Hope things will be better later in the season when it’s rearranged. Least it will give the team some thing of a rest

They should have done two weeks from last week as there it's now not a fair situation. For example Liverpool had to play Spurs with a load of injuries and COVID cases and then when they're back ready to play Leeds have cases and the game is called off. This is going to happen over the next load of weeks.
There doesn't seem to be a set criteria for when a game is eligible to be called off.

Leicester are struggling...soyunci(spell)..evans..Pereira..Vardy all carrying injuries.
Hopefully we can have the likes of VVD..Fabinho..Curtis et al available and expose Leicester.

a match can be postponed when a club is unable to field 14 players. This minimum, however, includes academy and reserve players
does anyone really believe that leeds or watford can't field 14 players out of their entire squad?
or spurs couldn't for their euro conf. game? interesting that they wouldn't state how many players had covid... was it just a case of not having enough 1st team players available and not wanting to use academy players?
in the interests of league integrity, any team that requests postponement due to lack of players should be required to list all unavailable players and their reason for not being available.
each players injury or illness should then be independently verified by the leagues own medical staff.
can't have teams postponing games just because they don't want to field a number of academy players and have their team get mullered by the oppositions first choice team.

Yeah I’ve been banging the same drum
This system can easily be abused if it counts injuries as well as covid
Youth / reserve players should count too but seems like it’s the registered 25 that matter
So if you lose all your keepers from your selection of 25 squad I presume that would be enough to postpone a game
Forgetting there are younger players too ….
Could just make up some injuries to bump the unavailable players up to go with covid cases if that quota isn’t met

Come on, you might want to play our youth side, but we don’t need another high scoreline loss thanks very much!
We already had about 9 first teamers out with injury & according to the club at least 4 first team players have covid now, so the training ground is closed until under control.
The league can’t go on like this. Either cup comps need cancelling, or it’ll be 3 games a week before long, maybe even more. That’ll mean more injury’s no doubt.
Right mess

I thought Leeds were treated abysmally by the fa over this last week when spurs were certainly indulged and imo leicester were too
Personally I hope leicester are.hammered.by city.and us in short order over the next few days.
Leeds.need all the luck they can get frankly.

Chelsea listed their covid cases and injuries and still had to play wolves and brentford. so there is no criteria apparant just luck i guess.
