Considering no one else is any good on the right I will list it as an error of the manager every time he plays Sancho on the left.

If you want to keep seeing Sancho struggle then keep

I don’t want to see Sancho struggling, no. But playing on the left isn’t what is causing him to struggle. He scored most of his goals from the left for Dortmund.

I agree that overall it might be better for him to be on the right but Rashy is bang out of form too. Ideally I would have Rashy on the left Sancho on the right and Ronaldo/Cavani/greenwood down the middle.

Him and Greenwood were swapping flanks in the previous game. They should have continued doing that.

No problem with that at all. Today Sanch just was not at the races. Not once did he try to go to the byline. He cut in every time.

Interestingly, his scoring rate is significantly higher when playing on the left wing, often owing to the fact he can cut inside onto his stronger right foot.

If I remember correctly I think he was more creative playing from the right though however he's fully capable of playing on either side and I watched quite a lot of him at Dortmund. Playing on the left is a poor excuse for the way he's playing at the moment.

Play him where he is better and more effective then. It isn’t rocket science.

I didn't say he was better on the right though because he performed really well for Dortmund on both sides and occasionally through the middle. I'd personally rather he played on the right given the composition of our attack but it's hard to conclude he's better on that side than the left from his time at Dortmund.

That's bullsheit excuse though. If his intent was to win that game, he would have waited 2 minutes to see if he could run it off. No physio checked him out, no sign from Greenwood either

He quickly avoided making the tough call. Almost like he didn't want to bring off a high profile player
