No Mane no Salah no Keita; 4 wins 1 draw

We still need additions to really compete with city but it is gr3at run of results. I remember all the man poo fans calling radio shows saying we won't even score a goals let alone win games without salah and mane hahaha

MITO, surely you’d see the difference we have now compared to when you were threatening to rickroll boards if Ngog had a good game

Yes it’s nobody we shouldn’t be beating but getting to a final is great and good results add to the confidence

Imagine if we lost a game drew another and were put out by arsenal
It would have fanned flames that we are nothing without mane and salah, and the players might have started to doubt themselves a bit.

So its all good.

Said all along our squad is stronger than many give credit for.

I reckon we're going to finish the season very strongly indeed.

Believe we had this conversation before the season. Liverpool’s back up players are better than Chelsea’s imo. People misconstrue player value with player worth. I picked Liverpool to win the league this year and it looks like I was wrong with that but the way us and Liverpool have dealt with key losses is chalk and cheese

the difference between this season and last season even could be used as example. In the end none of the teams bar arsenal sat in a deep block and just hoofed it. Palace tried to play out from the back for 35mins and were absolutely creamed. Brentford were still at it for their third goal. there's nothing better than a gift.

We did lose a game v leicester and then drew form 2 up v chelsea so the pressure was on.

It was evident from the team’s second half performance - and towards the end of the first - that they were running on empty. Lots, too many mistakes, passes going wrong, out of position, but overall tiredness was the main reason.

That award of a penalty was a disgrace. Jota, nothing left in the tank, had run himself silly, was gone. His movement, to his right, thereby cannoning into their goal keeper, was shameful. I want to see our team play properly - no, absolutely no - diving.

The break couldn’t have come sooner. The performance at Palace came about because of the input at Arsenal. Our players looked exhausted.

true, we have had to play December with midfielders out and coming back/ getting covid and now a January with players like jota and firmino having to play all games despite covid.

this winter break thing couldn't come at a better time.

can't wait for 4th round now so that gives us a good break as well.

Harvey Elliott will probably play v Cardiff. Cant wait to see the lad back in action.
