He won't do time, she will back down and it sounds like her family won't care either, far more worried about the trappings that come with dating a millionaire.

There is no backing down at this stage. The police have arrested him. She isn't going to retract anything and even if she did, the police have pictures and the audio which means they'll pursue it.
It's a pretty horrible thing to claim too. That she is more concerned with being with a millionaire footballer than being assaulted and possibly raped.

If she refuses to testify or cooperate with police the case would die a slow death. Happens all the time.

Not sure she will refuse to cooperate now, given how much media attention it has. Looks like he'll be serving time soon.

It does with certain cases. Often without solid evidence. The photos and recording is with the police. I'm not saying that is she suddenly refused to cooperate he would definitely still be found guilty, but I reckon the case against him goes ahead.
The only way that would happen is if she has somehow lied/exaggerated. There will be so much public support for her that nobody can just make this go away by trying anything shady.

The crown prosecution will enforce the case it has nothing to do with her or her family now, they have powers to act in this situation of rape or abuse where the injured party may be scared, pressured or otherwise influenced not to make charges, money cannot buy Greenwood out of this that boat has sailed

Its pretty horrific. What i find uncomfortable is the language used and total lack of respect and compassion to the female...like its normal to speak to your gf like that....its like the male doesnt sound like hes doing anything wrong....awful.
